Trade Name Selection

• Trade Name selection drop down across the application have been revamped. Now user can see the GSTIN No. & Trade Name together in the drop down. This will help user to easily identify the GSTIN on which he/she is working which was difficult in past when only Trade Name was visible.

Outward Data Upload

• Export invoices with Free of cost supplies now handled. You can upload both the transaction having same invoice no. with the same document type “Export Invoice” & upload. The said transaction shall be reported in Table no. 6 on the GSTN Portal
• New validation introduced to check whether the Customer GSTIN is a SEZ or no. User will have to upload his/her Customer Master >> GET the data from GSTN >> Upload the data. System validates the said GSTIN in the combination of Document Type “SEZ Invoice”

Inward Data Upload

• Special characters allowed for the field name “Document Number”. Now you can upload document number with special characters.
• Special characters allowed for the field name “Vendor Name” & “Item Description”. Now you use special characters in these fields.

Bulk Get

• For ease of use, financial year selection option made available in Bulk Get feature. Now user can select the financial year & than select the corresponding months.

Past Returns

• Count of the Success, Failed & In-progress records made available on the main grid for better user experience.
• Consolidated (annual) report of GSTR1 made available both in excel as well as pdf format.

Inward vs 2A Reconciliation

• New summary tab introduced thereby giving a snapshot of all matching result grouped on the basis of no. of invoices, amounts as per purchase register & amount as per 2A along with the difference between them.
• ISD Invoices from GSTR2A are now getting considered for reco. Separate tab “ISD” introduced to perform reco of ISD invoices.

GSTR6 vs 6A Reconciliation

• Option to Link Match & Force Match introduced. Now you can link & force match records the way it is working for Inward vs 2A reconciliation.

HSN Master

• Latest HSN Master has been updated. You can access the same at Utilities >> Search HSN option.
