RCM Logic for GSTR3B Computation
- Computation logic for GSTR3B w.r.t. RCM records tweaked. The current logic was considering only the eligible RCM Records. Now the same has been handled & system shall consider all RCM records irrespective whether its eligible or ineligible for GSTR3B computation.
Inward Data Upload – Validation Configuration
- Configuration option introduced to switch on & off the inward data upload validations. Below mentioned validation are considered for configuration:-
- ERP Document Details – 1 invoice 1 document number validation
- Tax amount check i.e. Taxable Value multiplied with Tax Rate – Tax computation validation
- Inter-state or intra-state levy based on State code and POS – Tax levy validation
- By-default the above mentioned validation shall be on. If the user is having unstructured data & wants to exclude any of these validations than he/she can do the same by “Excluding” the same from validation configuration.
- Validation configuration can be accessed from Company Master Page >> Account/Group >> Setting Icon >> Inward Validations.
Please note: This access is available only to Client Admin & TRP Admin users.
HSN Summary Upload
- Users opting for manual HSN summary upload can now upload HSN Summary data with negative values as well. This functionality was previously not there.
Report Enhancements
- Ledger Report – ITC & Liability Ledger reports revamped with the latest up-gradation of the Ledger API’s. User can get the ledger data from Ledger >> ITC/Liability Ledger >> GET. Reports of the corresponding ledgers can be fetched from Reports >> Ledger >>ITC/Liability Ledger
- Conso GSTR6A Report – Consolidated report of GSTR6A is now made available. User can get all data in a single excel file with corresponding sheets of B2B, B2BA, CDN & CDNA. This can be accessed from Reports >> ISD>> GSTR6A >> GSTR6A(B2B, B2BA, CDN,CDNA)
- Cross FY Reco Report – Cross FY Reco report streamlined on the similar lines with Inward Invoice Reco Report. All the missing columns along with the vendor filing dates for GSTR1 & GSTR3B made available.
